İstanbul Netmon was founded in 1998 as a consequence of the desire of Nortel Networks Netaş to have its installation services done by using a resource outside the company, in order to meet this demand. All of the current workers are from Nortel Networks Netaş in origin and have an experience of 6 to 27 years in the field of telecommunication.
